  • My work is small

The pandemic took from everyone including me time, energy, and attention - my artistic window of focus therefore shrank dramatically. I am slowly building it back up.

  • My work is detailed

I spend hours delicately applying layer after layer of translucent color to enable each piece to communicate not just illumination (light and shadow) -- but also memory.

  • My work is precious

I paint modern day reliquaries: containers of memory. I therefore use the highest quality pigment, binders, and precious metals on archival panels and paper.
